- Your order will be shipped 1 day after purchased and Maximum delivery time is 15 days.
- Especially for those of you who are willing to make an online purchase for the products we offer, we will ship goods according to your approval.
- You are free to specify the most appropriate shipping service to get your goods to your place.
- We provide alternative shipping service brands (cargo or expedition) that you can choose. Please review the delivery service section.
- You can also provide your own recommendations about what shipping company you normally use and that you trust. We are very open and do not monopolize this shipping method.
- You need to know that the choice of shipping method you choose will affect the amount of shipping cost and goods safety assurance. We are not responsible for the safety of the goods because the shipping of our goods has been transferred to the Service Company of the Delivery of Goods you choose. Some shipping methods can provide product insurance during the shipping process, but will certainly affect the cost of postage.
- Especially for you who choose COD method, then we guarantee the product will get to your place.
Return
All returned products are thoroughly inspected, and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming
requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return
to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. Return processing may take up to 15 business days from
the time your product is received.
- In order to maintain the quality of service products, we do not serve the return request due to all forms of negligence or error orders from the buyer.
- Products must be in the original manufacturer's packaging, and shipped securely
- Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.
- Products labeled with a security seal must be deemed not tampered with and have the seal intact.
Credit is issued after the product has been inspected upon delivery. If the product you are returning does NOT meet
the requirements described in the outlined process, notification will be sent, and no credit will be eligible.
